When I was in Antwerp, the sight of an enormous air-filled sculpture made me curious enough to come closer and find out what it was about. It turned out to be a temporary exhibition by Alan Parkinson and his Architects of Air. You could go inside and dwell in the amazing tunnels and domes filled with beautiful coloured light. It was like walking bare-feet inside a spacious painting in a different world.

Don’t these pictures look like abstract works of art? I have never seen anything like it before.

This is amazingly beautiful! And the fact that one becomes part of it by walking inside the tunnels makes it even more fantastic!

    1. people were also just sitting and lying down on several places within the sculpture, just staring at the walls around them. It was really surreal

    2. I've got to admit when these photos appeared on my screen I looked at them for a long period of time, trying to understand how the colours and lights merged together.
Being there must be a colourful dream!

    1. It was! Although it was also really hot. The temperature outside was high, but inside even more. The fun thing also was that you walked with bare feet inside :)
