I painted with the Big Bug Collection on two different events in the recent past that I haven’t shared with you yet: the first one was at the end-party of Amsterdam Stukafest, the second one at a Kattekwaad party. Here is an impression, together with some of the shirts that I painted: upside-down men on the purple tank top (their heads can be interpreted from 2 sides), a boy on a snail and a black and white whale. Pictures are by Luke, Manon and me.
I always love how doodling on shirts forces you to exercise your creative muscles on the spot; in a crowded place with DJ’s playing and people everywhere. We paint on parties like this just for the fun of it, and it is always a surprise what will become of someone’s shirt.
This is a great idea!! I love it ... Happy Friday! xo
ReplyDeleteAnd fun too!
Deleteso cool! You guys should come to Delft! :D
ReplyDeleteYeah! If you know a party that would like to have us over and if they will at least cover our travel expenses and paint, let me know! ;)
DeleteThis is such a great idea. I can iamgine that the atmosphere was great and probably perfect for doing different shirts for different people. Music, drinks, friends, creativity,... My kind of party!
