Beach BBQ

Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket I love the summer. I really really love the summer. I live up to it all winter, enjoy every single moment of warmth and sunshine when it is there and then get all nostalgic when the weather starts to turn slightly colder again.

This weekend the weather was great, so I went for a Sunday BBQ on the beach. I kind of did the exact same thing a couple of weeks ago as well, just didn’t take that many pictures then, so didn’t bother to share. Good ideas shouldn’t be limited to one-time events.

It was a perfect way to spend the day. I’ll take sandy burgers and sticky sunscreen hands any time over stew and mittens.

  1. A barbeque on the beach is one of the best ways to spend a day! Bonfires on the beach in winter are a nice alternative ; ]

Your pictures are gorgeous! I especially love that last one. And I just cannot believe how many fully intact shells are on your beach shore. Ours look nothing like that here!

    1. Yeah bonfires are great too, especially at the beach. Maybe I should start doing that when it gets colder ;)

  2. This looks like so much fun! I'm not a summer person, but I feel like a beach BBQ would turn that right around :)

  4. I love that last photo with the seagulls, I'm normally more of an autumn fan but that picture is making feel all nostalgic for summer days on the beach!

    1. Awesome! I think it also depends on the country. I do love all the colours in the fall. It's just that around here it can rain for days in a row and it's just grey and cold and sucky :p

    1. You are lucky to live nearby one. For me it is doable, but still quite a long ride..

  9. Summer lasts too long in Kansas. I am ready for fall, but if I a nice beach near by, I bet I would feel different.
