Some of these I have already started working on at some point in the past. I own a ukulele and I know how to play a few chords, but I am not very good at it yet. I would like to actually have a small repertoire of songs I can play. Same goes for juggling: I once started to learn this, but I want to be able to juggle for at least a minute without dropping the balls. So hello 2012, I want to do some fun stuff when you are around.
I think that resolutions should be fun. they shouldn't have to feel like work. yours are fun and because of that, you will be successful! :)
ReplyDeleteYou have such fun & unique goals! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteLearning to juggle would be fun! I should probably add learn to whistle to my list. I seriously can't whistle! Not even close. It's hilarious to listen to me try.
ReplyDeleteLike Moriee has already said, you have such fun and unique goals.
ReplyDeleteI lOoOve your list! :)
Hey, thanks for your comment on my blog :) Yes, my name is from the Mariella song! Not many people have noticed though, surprisingly. You're only the second person. It's such a lovely name :)
ReplyDeleteI love your blog, I'm obsessed with polka dots - so love your banner! x
@ Shutterbug: The whole point of resolutions or goals is that you actually want to do them right, so why do things voluntary if they are not fun and there is no other real reason? :)
ReplyDelete@ Morlee: Thank you!
@ Rochelle New: Ohhh! You just reminded me of that! That actually was one of my goals too (like 2 years ago and I still can't wistle). We should both learn to do that. I always think it's cool when people can ;)
@ Mariana: Haha thanks. For one moment I was doubting about putting sport there.. and then I thought 'nehhh, let's keep it at fun stuff only' whaha.
@ Louise x: So cool! Perhaps I only know it because I like the song a lot and in a way it is about me :p Well, the second person who said/asked it.. perhaps more people recognize it :)
Such fun goals! I think 'goals' sounds better than 'resolutions' - maybe because resolutions only last through January for me! Good luck with yours - they all seem very exciting (my host-sister tried teaching me to fold paper cranes, but mine look more like squashed ducks ><; Hopefully yours turn out better!)
ReplyDeleteThese are the kinds of goals I can get behind. Juggling, painting, sewing? Brilliant. I have not actually make lists of goals and such for the new year, but have thought on some, and creative pursuits are definitely forefront in my mind as well.

ReplyDelete@ Kristin: hahaha mine did too when I started, but they got better and now I fold them quite gracefully as I may say so myself :p
